Plan with the right local date and time
India is 5 hours 30 minutes ahead of the UK during GMT, or 4 hours 30 minutes ahead during British Summer Time. There is no single year-round difference: New Delhi and London are preselected so you can compare the actual date.
Guidance reviewed October 31, 2026. Live clocks use your device clock and time-zone data; this is not an official synchronized time service.
Why the UK difference changes
India stays at UTC+5:30 under current rules, while the UK changes between GMT (UTC+0) and BST (UTC+1). The UK moves forward on the last Sunday in March and back on the last Sunday in October. In 2027 these dates are 28 March and 31 October.
A call fixed at 15:00 in India is at 09:30 in London during GMT or 10:30 during BST. Keep Asia/Kolkata on the recurring invitation if the Indian local time must remain fixed; a UK participant's local hour changes at the UK transition.
Choose an unambiguous meeting time
For participants aiming for a 09:00–18:00 local day, 14:30–17:30 in India is a possible starting window under either UK offset. The planner highlights clock hours only; it does not know holidays, weekends or anyone's real availability.
The planner input is in your device time zone, not automatically India or London time. If that zone changes clocks, a local input can be skipped or repeated. The browser resolves it using its native rules; this tool does not offer a repeated-hour choice. Prefer an unambiguous hour and confirm the displayed local dates and UTC offsets before sending an invitation.
Use the preselected tools
The converter starts with New Delhi and London. The first two meeting-planner rows use the same cities; Dubai is the optional third location. Change any city if needed. Enter the meeting date and time in the device time zone displayed under the input, then read the same column across rows. The planner does not create or send calendar invitations.
