Understanding Dubai time
Planning a call with someone in Dubai? Start with the live clock, then compare a specific meeting date. Dubai keeps a steady offset, while the person you are calling may move their clock seasonally.
Guidance reviewed September 14, 2026. Live times follow your device clock and time-zone data.
Dubai time zone and daylight saving
Dubai uses UTC+4 throughout the year under current time-zone rules and does not make a seasonal daylight-saving adjustment. The clock above uses Asia/Dubai, the time-zone identifier used by calendar software.
A fixed Dubai offset does not make every international time difference fixed. When your colleague’s city changes its clock, the same Dubai appointment can arrive at a different local hour for them.

Planning Dubai–London calls
Dubai is four hours ahead when London is on GMT, and three hours ahead when London uses British Summer Time. Check which rule applies on the date of the call, particularly for a recurring weekly meeting.
For a team aiming to meet during 09:00–18:00 in both cities, 13:00–17:00 in Dubai is a useful starting window under either UK seasonal offset. This is a planning example, not a statement of anyone’s working hours. Confirm availability, breaks and the meeting duration.

Use the tools for your actual appointment
The live converter starts with Dubai as the From city. Change the To city to your colleague’s location, or use the swap button to reverse the comparison.
For a future date, use the meeting planner instead of relying on today’s difference. Dubai is already selected as City 1. Enter the appointment in the device time zone printed below the date field, then read the Dubai row. Each column represents the same instant for all three cities; the date beneath each time helps you spot a next-day arrival.
The live display follows your device clock after the page loads. Keep automatic date and time enabled on your device, and confirm flight, appointment or event times with the provider.
| London clock rule | London time | Dubai time |
|---|---|---|
| GMT · UTC+0 | 09:00 | 13:00 · same day |
| BST · UTC+1 | 09:00 | 12:00 · same day |
Examples calculated from the offsets above. Use the meeting planner for your chosen date.
Questions about Dubai time
Does Dubai put its clocks forward in summer?
No. Under current rules, Dubai remains on UTC+4. The time difference can still change when a city you are comparing with moves its clocks.
Which time should I enter in the meeting planner?
Enter the date and time in the device time zone shown under the input. If your device is set to London, enter London time and read the converted result in the Dubai row.
